Very professional yet extremely friendly in a way that made you feel welcomed and at home. The entire staff that I came into contact with were absolutely amazing. Every step was explained to me in detail. I was there for an evaluation and opinion on what should be done with a nasty sore in mouth. Dr. Nguyen took his time, checked several things, then explained to me what he thought it was and his recommendation. I left feeling at ease, not thinking cancer or some.other disease was happing. He referred me to a specialist, that contacted me before I was able to get home. Amazing! Could not ask for a better experience.

An urgent visit led me to this office. Anna greeted me warmly and she escorted me to one of the treatment rooms where Kathy made me feel comfortable before taking x-rays. After a thorough examination of my mouth Dr. Doan explained all of my options. He was patient with me and addressed all of my questions and concerns honestly. I felt his sincerity. Even though my initial visit wasn’t under the best circumstances, I was so impressed with the care and professionalism this office extended to me!! They truly earned their 5 star rating!!!

The service here is always so amazing! Everyone is so welcoming and they remember you and the conversations y’all talked about in the last visit! The hygienists do a wonderful job with cleanings and setting up appointments are always super easy, plus it’s affordable especially with the dental plans they have to offer! And let’s not forget the TV’s on the ceiling that distract you from what’s going on in your mouth! 🤗

It's difficult to put into words how thoroughly impressed I am with Arte Dental. This wasn't just one of the best experiences I've ever had in a dental office—it was honestly one of the best experiences I've had with any business. I walked in feeling anxious and embarrassed, knowing I needed extensive dental work. From the moment I arrived, Dr. Doan, Jacob, Ana, and Suky treated me with genuine kindness, professionalism, and respect. Every person I interacted with made me feel comfortable and completely at ease. They took the time to listen, thoroughly explain my treatment options, answer every question, and never once made me feel pressured. The entire team was friendly, accommodating, compassionate, and exceptionally professional. I left feeling highly confident that I had absolutely found the right dental office. Five stars simply aren't enough. Thank you all for an outstanding experience.

I had a wonderful experience with a cleaning today. A 3D image of both my top and bottom teeth was helpful to see my areas of hygiene improvement. The front desk, hygienist, and dentist were all polite, professional, friendly, and considerate of my individual needs. I came to Arte Dental per a recommendation and would also highly recommend their services.
